Professional Diploma in Building Construction Surveyor
The role of a building surveyor is to advise clients on the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings. They are responsible for surveying buildings and then reporting their findings and making recommendations.
A building surveyor usually starts by assessing the client’s needs- they want to know what type of property you need to be inspected, how often it should be inspected if there are any specific concerns that need to be addressed (such as asbestos), whether or not the property has been damaged in an earthquake or flood, etc.
